Ongoing bookkeeping is priced per unit per month, and the rate drops as your portfolio grows. There is a $500 monthly minimum.

Covers the first 40 hours of catch up and correction work. Additional hours are $85 an hour.
Properties over 800 units are quoted individually.

Yes. You add us as a user in your AppFolio account, and you decide the access level. You can change or remove it at any time.
Can you fix books that are already behind?
Yes. Cleanup is a separate scoped project: the first 40 hours are $2,500, then $85 an hour. Once the books are current, ongoing bookkeeping takes over.
Who reviews the work?
An accountant reviews every close and handles the judgment calls before anything reaches you, so you can rely on the numbers.
Do you only work with AppFolio?
No. We also work in Buildium, Yardi, Rentvine, and QuickBooks. If you are moving platforms, we can help with that too.
